PPS Candidate FAQs

Do I have to be registered for Midyear to attend PPS?
Yes, to attend PPS and your scheduled interviews, you must be registered for Midyear Clinical Meeting. If you are not, you will not be able to access the virtual Midyear or PPS.

What is the cost for candidates?

When should I register for PPS?
Registration will open on October 1, but you will not be able to connect with employers and schedule interviews until October 21. It is highly recommended you register before October 21 to take advantage of early pricing and provide you with primary visibility when connecting with employers.  However, you can register all the way through the end of PPS on site.

When can I start setting up interviews?
On October 21, you will be able to request interviews with employers you find on the job board.

What are the hours?
PPS is open from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM from Sunday, December 6 through Thursday, December 10.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Refund policy: All deposits are fifty percent (50%) nonrefundable, and any PPS candidate who withdraws after October 21, 2020 shall forfeit one hundred percent (100%) of the full price of said registration.
