PPS Badge Policy
ASHP no longer provides PPS-only badges to employers. To enter the PPS hall, you must be equipped with a Midyear Clinical Meeting (MCM) badge. All employers are eligible to receive one complimentary MCM registration per booth purchased to only be used by a Human Resources representative, administrative professional, or recruiter as verified by business card on-site at exhibitor registration. All other booth representatives must be equipped with a MCM badge before entering the PPS hall.
How do employer representatives gain access to PPS?
- Administrative staff - eligible for one free Midyear badge per booth purchased by employer. It will be a PPS badge that will only include access to PPS at the Midyear meeting and not include CE. To provide ASHP with a list of these representatives, please fill out the PPS Administrative Personnel Registration sheet and email it to email@example.com
- All other attendees - must be equipped with a Midyear badge that can be acquired via the Midyear registration page. Any Midyear registrant planning to enter PPS will need to be provided with the proper credentials via a symbol printed on their badge. To provide access, please fill out the Paid Employer Representative sheet and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
These lists must be sent by November 18, 2019 for pick up on-site. Any names added after November 18 or not provided before the meeting should come to the PPS information desk inside the PPS hall on-site to acquire the proper credentials.
