ASHP would like to welcome all of our international attendees to the 58th Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition in Anaheim, California. Navigating the Midyear can be intimidating, especially when you want to be sure to attend all the great events planned just for you! Letter of Invitation

ASHP will provide an Official Letter of Invitation for Meeting Attendees to attend the Midyear Clinical Meeting. Please download an Official Letter of Invitation Request form and return it via email to [email protected]. Please note that international attendees must be registered for the meeting in order to receive the Official Letter of Invitation. If approval to travel to the United States is not granted, the cancellation fee will be waived.

Visa Information
