Symposium Application
Thank you for your interest in conducting a Midday or Satellite Symposium at the 2023 ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition. All symposium applications must be submitted online and approved through ASHP. All commercially-supported symposia must be accredited for continuing pharmacy education (CPE) credit. Program organizers are responsible for providing CPE credit and for production of the program; ASHP does not assume this responsibility. Please follow the steps below to reserve a symposium time slot and submit program details. It is imperative for organizations to read and understand the Satellite Symposium Guidelines and/or the Midday Symposium Guidelines before the online application is submitted.
