Exhibitor registration will open mid-September and can be accessed through your exhibitor portal.

Each 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth includes four complimentary exhibit badges. Exhibitors may purchase over allotment badges equal to the number of complimentary badges for $130.

Exhibitor badges provide access to the opening session, educational sessions, poster sessions and the exhibit hall. Exhibitor badges do not include continuing education credit. Exhibitor continuing education badges can be purchased through the exhibitor portal when you are registering.

ASHP has negotiated discounted rates at a variety of hotels in New Orleans to meet all budgets and preferences. Reservations for the 2024 Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition will only be accepted through Orchid.Events, ASHP’s official housing provider. Exhibiting companies wishing to secure a room block of five or more guest rooms will be required to complete the hotel room block reservation form provided by Orchid.Events. You may book individual reservations once housing opens in mid-July. Contact Orchid.Events for assistance with a new or existing reservation:
