Business Function Information and Application

Business functions for business meetings, focus groups, and other related business activities may be scheduled at official meeting hotels [PDF], Saturday through Wednesday, during times that do not conflict with ASHP programs and exhibits. The rates for exhibiting companies is $1,900 per function per day for 50 people or fewer and $6,800 for business functions over 50 people. The rates for non-exhibiting companies is $7,100 per function per day for 50 people or fewer and $12,000 for business functions over 50 people  Full payment must be submitted online using a credit card at the time of application submission. Organizations may be charged additional fees by the hotel, including but not limited to room rental, food/beverage, audio-visual equipment, and internet service. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be considered based on space availability. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days to process your request. Social Function Information and Application

Social functions for receptions and other related activities may be scheduled at official meeting hotels [PDF] during times that do not conflict with ASHP programs or exhibits. ASHP does not charge a fee to conduct these functions, but organizations may be charged additional fees by the hotel, including but not limited to room rental, food/beverage, audio-visual equipment, and internet service. Requests will be processed and scheduled at hotels on a first-come, first-served basis and will be considered based on hotel availability. A hotel representative will contact you directly to confirm meeting space and coordinate arrangements. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days to process your request.
