Booking your hotel through Orchid.Events, ASHP’s official hotel reservation partner, will give you the best rates and hotel selection in Anaheim and there are hotels available at all price points. Exclusive ASHP benefits include:
- Free shuttle service to the Anaheim Convention Center for six days, so you don't have to spend money on rideshares each day

- Room rates for Midyear start at just $155 a night, and you can reduce the cost per person by sharing a room with a friend or classmate

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until November 3 at 7 p.m. ET or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first.

Deadlines
October 5 — A complete rooming list with names and guarantee for each reservation must be submitted for all room blocks held. Any rooms not reserved will be released. Requests for additional rooms will be based on availability. After this date, cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 processing fee per reservation.
November 3 — (7 p.m. ET or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first) — Final cutoff date to make a hotel reservation for the meeting. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability, and hotels may charge higher rates. Cancellations after November 3 will also be subject to a $75.00 cancellation processing fee per reservation.

Shuttle Bus Schedule
Saturday, December 2 through Thursday, December 7
Shuttle bus service will be provided from all official Midyear meeting hotels to the Anaheim Convention Center (except for the following hotels that are walking distance from the convention center: Anaheim Marriott, Anaheim Portofino Inn & Suites, Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites, Best Western Plus Stovalls Inn, Best Western Plus Pavilions, Clarion Hotel Anaheim Resort, Cortona Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort, Courtyard Anaheim Resort/Convention Center, Desert Palms Hotel & Suites, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Anaheim Resort-Convention Center, Hilton Anaheim, Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection, Homewood Suites Anaheim Resort – Convention Center, Hyatt House at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center, Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center, Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center, Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort, Springhill Suites at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center, The Westin Anaheim Resort, and Wyndham Anaheim). NOTE: ASHP does not provide shuttle bus service for morning or evening symposia, social events, or meetings supported by the pharmaceutical industry, universities, and other organizations.
