What is a Student Poster Presentation?
Midyear’s student poster presentations provide the presenter with an opportunity to share their research with other students and attendees through visual aids and a brief verbal explanation of their content. Student presenters can answer questions about their research and receive timely feedback on their posters.

Student Poster Sessions
- Monday, December 7: 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m., 12 p.m. – 1 p.m., or 4:15 p.m. – 5:15 p.m.
- Tuesday, December 8: 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. or 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Presenting a poster at an ASHP meeting is a voluntary effort and ASHP cannot pay expenses for your participation. If your submission is accepted, you are responsible for your own meeting registration fee. All presenters must be registered for the meeting, at least for the day of your poster presentation.
