Virtual Residency Showcase Information

ASHP will host its annual Virtual Residency Showcase giving programs who participated in the live event an extra opportunity to connect with candidates other after Midyear. Programs must have participated in the in-person Residency Showcase to secure a booth at the virtual event.

How Does it Work?

On the morning of the event (December 15), you will be sent instructions to sign in to the virtual environment.

  • Before the event, fill out the survey (available soon) to let us know you are attending. ASHP will build your booth and add representatives to log in per your request.
  • On the day of the event, you will receive an email sending you directly into you virtual booth as representatives.
  • As candidates enter your booth, they can submit a request to chat with your program. If you are the representative chatting with a candidate, you will see their full information and CV throughout the chat.
  • After the event, you will have access to your chat transcripts and booth reporting for 6 months.

To reserve your spot, fill out the survey (available soon) letting us know your intentions. We will set up your booth and send you sign in instructions on the day of the event.
