What is a Student Poster Presentation?
Midyear’s student poster presentations provide the presenter with an opportunity to share their research with other students and attendees through visual aids and a brief verbal explanation of their content. Student presenters can answer questions about their research and receive timely feedback on their posters.
Poster Presenters
- Questions on poster design/formatting? View the Poster Presenter Handbook
- All poster emails come from the [email protected] address and are sent to the submitter/primary presenter. If you have not received your session-posterboard assignment yet, check your bulk/junk email box.
- Note that the first number in the session-posterboard number is the session number and will not be displayed in the Poster Hall. So if your session-posterboard number is 55-123, go to posterboard #123 during your session's setup time.
- Poster scheduling and session-board # assignments are available on the online itinerary planner, App, and the digital signage in the Poster Hall.
- Any questions? Stop by the Poster Info Desk in the Poster Hall, Mandalay Bay South, Bayside A, Level 1 during a poster session.
Presenting a poster at an ASHP meeting is a voluntary effort and ASHP cannot pay expenses for your participation. If your submission is accepted, you are responsible for your own meeting registration fee. All presenters must be registered for the meeting, at least for the day of your poster presentation.
