Unauthorized housing companies have been approaching ASHP attendees and exhibitors offering hotel reservations via unauthorized or even sham websites, e-mail communications, and phone calls. These companies are in no way affiliated with ASHP, the Midyear meeting, or Orchid.Events. Neither ASHP nor Orchid.Events can verify the authenticity of these companies or the reservations. Orchid.Events is the only official hotel reservation provider for the meeting.
The deadline to book a hotel room has been extended until Friday, November 15, at 7 p.m. (ET). Book now and save! ASHP has negotiated some of the best discounted rates available in New Orleans at a variety of hotels to meet all budgets and preferences. After November 15, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates. If you are unable to secure a room, please continue to check back as availability continues to change daily.

Reserve a Room Block (Five or more rooms)
Five or more rooms is considered a room block. Individuals or companies wishing to secure five or more guest rooms must complete the online Hotel Room Block Reservation Form or email a completed and signed form [PDF] to [email protected]. The Hotel Room Block Policies [PDF] must be read prior to submitting the Hotel Room Block Reservation form.
Deadlines
October 4 — A complete rooming list with names and guarantee for each reservation must be submitted for all room blocks held. Any rooms not reserved will be released. Requests for additional rooms will be based on availability. After this date, cancellations will be subject to a $75.00 processing fee per reservation.
November 15 — (7 p.m. ET or until the room block is sold out, whichever occurs first) — Final cutoff date to make a hotel reservation for the meeting. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability, and hotels may charge higher rates. Cancellations after November 8 will also be subject to a $75.00 cancellation processing fee per reservation.

Shuttle Schedule
Saturday, December 7 through Thursday, December 12
Shuttle bus service will be provided from all official Midyear meeting hotels to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center except for the following hotels within walking distance of the convention center: Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Warehouse Arts District, Embassy Suites New Orleans, Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Convention Center, Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center, Hyatt Place New Orleans Convention Center, New Orleans Marriott Warehouse Arts District Hotel, Omni Riverfront Hotel, SpringHill Suites New Orleans Warehouse Arts District.
Shuttle schedule and boarding locations
(The shuttle schedule is subject to change based on usage, traffic, local events, and weather. Please check the ASHP LIVE! app for changes and updates.)
Important Notes: Due to the narrow streets in New Orleans not being conducive to shuttle passage, boarding locations may be located a couple of blocks from the hotel’s main entrance. TMS shuttle representatives will be in orange vests by the boarding locations to assist. ASHP does not provide shuttle bus service for morning or evening symposia, social events, or meetings supported by the pharmaceutical industry, universities, and other organizations. Still, New Orleans’ streetcar system is a charming way to explore the city. Other options include bike rentals, buses, a ferry, or arranging a pedicab, ride share, taxi or a limo service.
