What is a Poster Presentation?
Midyear’s student poster presentations provide the presenter with an opportunity to share their research with other students and attendees through visual aids and a brief verbal explanation of their content. Student presenters are able to answer questions about their research and receive timely feedback on their posters.
The deadline to submit a student poster has passed; decision notifications will be emailed to the primary presenter by late October; scheduling information will be sent in early November.
New for 2024!
All accepted Midyear poster abstracts will be published online only in a January 2025 AJHP special supplement. All contributing authors will receive recognition.
All attendees whose posters are accepted are eligible for early bird registration rates.
● If your poster is accepted after the Early Bird deadline of September 27, you will receive a discount code with your poster acceptance letter that will allow you and your fellow listed authors to register at the lowest rate.
Presenting a poster at an ASHP meeting is a voluntary effort and ASHP cannot pay expenses for your participation. If your submission is accepted, you are responsible for your own meeting registration fee. All presenters must be registered for the meeting, at least for the day of your poster presentation.
