Important Dates

• September 11, 2025 - PPS registration will open. PPS employers can purchase booths, add representatives, and post jobs in "pending approval" status.
• October 9, 2025 - The PPS Application/Employer Portal will open for all open positions. Candidates can begin to view and apply for open PPS positions and connect with PPS employers. Employers can reach out to candidates through the CV database.
• December 7-10, 2025 - PPS interviews will be held inside of the PPS hall at the 2025 Midyear.

• Employer Representative Registration and PPS Access Information - All booth staff must be individually registered for the Midyear Clinical Meeting.
• Book Hotel Rooms/Housing - Individuals
• Book Hotel Rooms/Housing - Groups - Companies wishing to secure five or more guest rooms must complete the online Hotel Room Block Reservation Form or email a completed and signed form [PDF] to [email protected]. The Hotel Room Block Policies [PDF] must be read prior to submitting the Hotel Room Block Reservation form.
