Airport Transfers to/from Convention Hotels
While ASHP does not provide airport shuttle service, we are sharing the below for the convenience of our attendees.
Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport’s central location offers easy access to I-10 and is located only a short drive from the convention center. Many convenient and affordable ground transportation options are available for passengers. Explore the airport’s website to learn more about the various transportation options.
Please do not accept solicitations to assist with transportation or baggage from anyone that is not properly badged. Always seek out airport employees with MSY ID badges for assistance. Solicitation of ground transportation is an illegal activity. Illegal solicitors may be unlicensed and uninsured.

Shuttle Bus Schedule
Saturday, December 7 through Thursday, December 12
Shuttle bus service will be provided from all official Midyear meeting hotels to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center except for the following hotels within walking distance of the convention center: Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Warehouse Arts District, Embassy Suites New Orleans, Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Convention Center, Hilton Garden Inn New Orleans Convention Center, Hyatt Place New Orleans Convention Center, New Orleans Marriott Warehouse Arts District Hotel , Omni Riverfront Hotel, SpringHill Suites New Orleans Warehouse Arts District.
The complete shuttle schedule will be available in October.
The shuttle schedule is subject to change based on usage, traffic, local events, and weather. Please check the ASHP LIVE! app for changes and updates to the schedule.
NOTE: ASHP does not provide shuttle bus service for morning or evening symposia, social events, or meetings supported by the pharmaceutical industry, universities, and other organizations.
Still, New Orleans’ streetcar system is a charming way to explore the city. Other options include bike rentals, buses, a ferry, or arranging a pedicab, ride share, taxi or a limo service. Find ways to get around NOLA.
